Her journey began as an Actuarial Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where she partnered with clients on employee benefits design, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery. Leah’s evolution into HR technology unfolded at Lifeworks (TELUS Health), where she managed large-scale implementations for clients with over 50,000 employees. As Director of HRIS at Revature, she steered the global implementation of Workday HCM, orchestrating the entire project life cycle and overseeing the US Health and Welfare Program.
Prior to founding HCM Tech Advisory, Leah made a significant impact at OneDigital, where she championed exceptional customer experiences, streamlined processes, and minimized Go-Live timelines. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
